Start with the visible damage.
Tell us what happened and send photos of each affected area. The workshop can review the visible damage and advise whether the vehicle needs an in-person assessment before a repair scope can be discussed.
If the vehicle is not safe or driveable, do not drive it to the workshop. Call first and explain the situation.
